How to fill your days when you can't do much...

I used to work as a chemistry/STEM teacher in a high school. I can't do that anymore (not enought mental stamina). I can't drive (seizures). I can't go to the theatre or the movies (too loud). I can't grocery shop (too much external stimulation). I can't carry on a conversation for an extended period of time (I zone out). I can't ride a two-wheeler bike (bought a trike). With the help of cognitive therapy I can cook again (print out the recipe). I can do laundry. I can play games. I can sew on a button or mend a tear. This does not leave me much to fill my days. I can watch TV, but mostly familiar shows (unfamiliar shows are hard to concentrate on). This was supposed to be kind of an uplifting entry but it's really getting me down. I think I need a support group (not my family...they all think I'm doing great). Suggestions are welcome.
Note: When I look at the list of what I can do, it seems like a lot. But, in reality, there are long stretches during the day when I find myself generating busy work. Being able to generate busy work is a plus I realize, but it doesn't really add meaning to my day.
