Why the title "Coffee is the Best Medicine"?

As far back as I can remember, if I wanted to think something over, to ponder a problem, to relive a moment, I would make myself a cup of coffee. Coffee has always had nothing but good associations for me. In my lowest moments I used to think, "well if I have a good cup of coffee today, then the day hasn't been a total waste."

I want this website to be like that...something to turn to when you're having a bad day...a pick me up...a good moment in your day. If I can turn this site into a place of refuge, where you feel seen and heard, I'll have accomplished my goal.
